Machine learning API for sensor anomaly detection
October 2026 – Present
Built a FastAPI service using an Isolation Forest model trained on NASA C-MAPSS FD001 sensor data. Saved the trained model and feature metadata, implemented health-check and prediction endpoints, validated API inputs, and tested API responses.
Unsupervised anomaly detection and sensor monitoring
September 2026 – October 2026
Developed an unsupervised anomaly-detection system using 20,631 sensor observations from 100 engines in the NASA C-MAPSS FD001 dataset. Selected 15 variable sensor features, detected 1,032 anomalies (5.0%) using Isolation Forest, explored model sensitivity, and simulated sequential sensor monitoring.
IoT-based environmental data collection
April 2026 – September 2026
Developed an IoT-based sensor network for real-time environmental data collection, integrating temperature, humidity, and air-quality sensors with cloud-based monitoring and data visualization.
Computer vision for human activity detection
January 2025 – April 2025
Developed a computer vision monitoring system using YOLO, OpenCV, and Flask, with object, fall, social-distancing, and vehicle-crash detection modules. Implemented multiple video input modes and event validation before email alerts.
Regression modelling and performance evaluation

Developed and compared regression models for predictive analysis, applied feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning, and evaluated model performance using R², MAE, and RMSE.
Predictive modelling from scratch
Implemented linear regression for predictive modelling, covering data preparation, model fitting, evaluation metrics, and visualization of the fitted line against observed data.
CRUD application with persistent storage

Designed a command-line contact management application supporting create, read, update, and delete operations with persistent file storage using C programming.

Created a dynamic calendar generator designed to handle leap years and generate yearly calendars.
